ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR EXCHANGE

Your purchase may be eligible for exchange as per the below criteria:

1. Size-related issues, within 7 days of delivery, if original packaging and tags are intact & the product is not used or washed. Another product from the stock will have to be purchased
2. Products purchased during the sale period / discounted pricing are not eligible for returns.
3. International orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.
4. Orders once confirmed, cannot be canceled/amended.
5. Products purchased during the sale period/discounts are not eligible for return or exchange.
6. Products purchased prior to sale cannot be exchanged during the sale period.
7. Please ensure that the delivery received is in good condition and has not been tampered with, before you sign off acceptance.
